Cylch Meithrin Saron a’r Hendre was established in 1968.

We are located in the Vestry of Saron Baptist Chapel. The Cylch is regularly inspected by ESTYN, Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales and Mudiad Ysgol Meithrin.

As parents ourselves, we are aware of how important it is for you to feel that you are choosing the best education for your child, and therefore your child will receive the best care and education at Cylch Meithrin Saron a’r Hendre.

Welsh is the language of the Cylch Meithrin but we give all children a warm welcome, no matter the language spoken at home. Our aim is to promote the education and development of children from two years of age to school age.

Children have the opportunity to socialise and learn through play under the guidance of our professional, friendly and enthusiastic staff.

If you would like to discuss any aspect of our work please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • Catherine (Leader)

Hello, I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Catherine (Anti Catherine to the children) and I'm the new leader of Cylch Saron ar Hendre. I have over 11 years of experience working within the childcare sector here in Wales and abroad. I'm qualified in Level 3 Childcare and Level 5 Management in Childcare.
I have a passion for working with children, and I believe children should be outside as much as possible, exploring, playing, and learning. I truly believe children learn through play, free, and uninterrupted play.

In my free time, I enjoy being outside, hiking, running, and swimming in the open water.

I look forward to seeing you all in the village and welcoming you!

  • Carys

Hello, I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Carys (Anti Carys to the children). I am local to the area and glad to find work in the community.
I have been working with children for over a year now, something I've wanted to do for years, which I absolutely love. I am currently studying for my level 3 in Childcare whilst working here in the Cylch. I love working with children, helping and watching the children develop their skills and seeing their confidence grow through playing with things that keep them entertained and focused.

In my free time I run a busy family life running around after my 2 children. I enjoy being out in the fresh air, going for walks, swimming, and travelling with the family.

I look forward to getting to know you all better.

Get in touch.
